Quick Summary:

Pexa-artstudios.com is the official website for the artist Douglas Pexa. There is and will be a myriad of formal and non-formal art works, projects, hand bound books, sketches, words, and odds and end of all sorts. There is also a blog that you can read the day to day thoughts, and feelings of a working artist, and see the newest creations and general impressions of the world there.

This site is a work in progress, many new things will be added and changed as time moves on, please come back and check out changes and new art works!

Artist Summery:

I am Douglas Pexa, based out of Minneapolis, MN. I do a lot of different things including but not limited too painting, drawing, book binding, altered postcards, altered books, stencil art, zine publication and much more. I am also one of the co-founders of The Figure Drawing Factory a online drawing group where artist (beginner to advanced) and models (armature to professional and of all shapes and sizes) come together to do “group projects” and share the experiences of the artist and the model.
